After over 12 months of designs, permits, approvals, revisions, paperwork, code adherence, renovation, preservation and construction….. we can see a light at the end of the tunnel and are pretty sure it is not a train! The journey from a 100 year old movie theater to a start of the art brewery, restaurant and tasting room is no small trip. Building a virtual “Brew City” inside the 4 walls of a 200 foot by 50 foot 40 foot high brick structure took some amazing vision, know how, fortitude and guts. As of this writing, we are getting the big equipment delivered, set up and poised for a late June / early July brew session. The front end will supersede the brew house by a few weeks to get the beer, food and entertainment rolling. The newly created 12,000 square foot facility will feature a large wrap around tasting bar, table seating for over 150, a half dozen booths to seat another 20 or so, a large kitchen featuring a wood fired oven, indoor / outdoor tables at the entry and under the marquee, a large game room with over sized windows overlooking the brewery, semiprivate dining deck at brewery level and a grand centered stage under the newly discovered and completely renovated ceiling dome. Materials and finishes are mostly period correct circa 1900 and earlier. The soaring 35’ high ceilings have been uncovered and restored to their original glory as has the stage surround and arches that one held the pipe organ for stage plays and silent movies.

We hope that these pictures and renderings help to communicate the excitement and pride we have put into making downtown Geneva our new Headquarters!
